AUXOTERRA’S STORY
Auxoterra was created after years of conversations with large scale builders bemoaning a lack of buildable inventory. The reduced number of land developers has created a need for the builders to take on the role of developer, a role that they do not want because of the impact on regional budgets, staffing, time and risk. The builders must allocate funds to the projects, thereby reducing their overall regional budgets and impacting the number of homes they can build. Auxoterra was created to take on these builders’ “Off-Balance Sheet” or “OBS” projects. By working with Auxoterra the builders will be able to focus on their key metric: building homes.
